It is with regret that following a spate of last-minute cancellations I now have to introduce a
cancellation policy.
For all Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage and Indian Head Massage treatments a £20.00
non-refundable deposit will be required on the day of booking in order to secure an
appointment. The deposit payable by bank transfer will be deducted from the total
treatment cost.
If booking a full body Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, the deposit is £50.00.
If you need to re-schedule your appointment you must provide 48 hours’ notice, and re-schedule your appointment within 14 days of the original booking date. The deposit will
then go towards the re-scheduled appointment.
For appointments cancelled within 48 hours’ notice, or if the client does not turn up for
their appointment the deposit is non-refundable.
All extenuating circumstances will be considered providing you get in touch at the earliest
opportunity.
